Bharwa Bhindi also called as Okra fry. A Spicy and Tangy Okra fry can be served as a side dish with Roti or Dal Khichdi.

Ingredients
250gm Okra
4Tbsp Roasted Bengal Gram(Besan)
Salt to taste
1Tsp Dried Mango Powder
1/2Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1Tsp Cumin Powder
1Tbsp Coriander Powder
1Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
2Tsp Garlic Paste
1-2Tbsp Oil
2-3Tbsp Mustard Oil
Steps
1. Take 250gms Okra. Cut the stem, slit it and be careful that you do not cut the whole.
2. In a large bowl, Put Roasted Bengal Gram (Roast Bengal Gram for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame), Salt, Dried Mango Powder(lime juice can be used as alternate), Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Garlic Paste.
3. Now add 1-2Tbsp oil and Mix everything well so that all the spices are well combine.
4. Now stuff spice mixture in the okra and press to seal it tight.
5. In a pan put 2-3Tbsp Mustard oil. Once the oil is heated, put all the stuffed Okra for fry. Cook it on high flame for 2 minutes.
6. Lastly lower the flame and cover pan with the lid for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip all the stuffed Okra and cover the lid again.
7. Once it is cooked completely, higher the flame and sauté it for 2 to 3 minutes to make it crispy.
8. Serve Crispy Bharwa Bhendi as a starter in Lunch or Dinner.
