Biscuit Kebab Recipe

Ingredients for Biscuit Kebab Recipe

100gms Chicken Boiled & Shredded

½ Cup Chicken Soup

1 Tbsp Cornflour

1 Tbsp Butter

1 Onion

1 Carrot

1 Green Chilly

Salt

1/2 Tsp Mixed Herbs

1/4th Tsp Black Pepper Powder

3 Tbsp Spring Onion

2 Tbsp Cheese

Monaco Biscuits

Beaten Eggs

Bread Crumbs

Steps for Biscuit Kebab Recipe

1. Take 100gms Chicken boiled with salt & Shred it. Keep the Chicken stock aside too. In the same Chicken stock add Cornflour and mix it well.

2. Heat 1 Tbsp Butter in a pan, add chopped Onion and sauté it for a minute. Add Carrot and cook for 1-2 minutes on medium flame until soft.

3. Add chopped Green Chillies, shredded Chicken and cook for a minute.

4. Add Cornflour slurry and keep stirring continuously on low flame. Add Salt, Mixed herbs and Black Pepper Powder. Let it cook on low flame for a minute.

5. Add chopped Spring Onion, Cheese and mix it well for a minute. Off the flame and let it cool down.

6. Take Monaco Biscuits and put the Chicken mixture on it. Place the other Monaco Biscuit on the top of the Chicken mixture as shown in the video.

7. Dip in beaten egg than coat with breadcrumbs. Follow same procedure for all the remaining Kebabs.

8. Meanwhile we have kept oil for heating. Fry the Biscuit Kebab on medium flame until golden in color.

9. Crispy Biscuit Kebabs are ready to serve with Tomato Ketchup.
