250gms Boneless Chicken
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Curd
More than 1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp Oil
½ Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Green Chilli
2 Medium Tomatoes’ Puree
½ Tsp Coriander Powder
1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
3 Tbsp Cream
1 Tbsp Butter
½ Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
2 Tsp Tomato Ketchup

Steps
Marinate the Chicken -Take 250 g boneless chicken cut into small cubes. Add 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon curd, slightly more than 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder. Mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Cook the Chicken Base- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add ½ teaspoon cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add 1 small finely chopped onion and 1 chopped green chilli. Sauté until the onion turns soft.
Fry the Chicken -Add the marinated chicken and cook on high flame for 3–4 minutes. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes until the chicken starts turning tender.
Add Tomato & Spices- Add puree of 2 medium tomatoes. Then add ½ teaspoon coriander powder, ¼ teaspoon cumin powder, and ¼ teaspoon garam masala powder. Cover and cook on medium flame for 4–5 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and tomatoes are well blended.
Make it Buttery & Creamy -Add 3 tablespoons fresh cream, 1 tablespoon butter, ½ teaspoon kasuri methi, 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup, and some fresh coriander. Cook on low flame for 1–2 minutes. Switch off the flame.
Assemble the Tacos -Heat a large pan and lightly grease it with oil. Place taco shells on the pan. Add a little mozzarella cheese (optional), spoon the prepared butter chicken filling on top, cover, and cook until the base becomes crispy and the cheese melts. Serve hot.
