Ingredients
200 ml Milk
4 tablespoon Corn Flour
1 Chicken Cube
1/3rd cup fresh Cream
2 tablespoon Butter
250 grams Chicken
1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
Half teaspoon Salt
1 medium Onion
3 tablespoon Sweet Corn
1 cup Red Yellow and Green Capsicum
2 Green Chillies
1 medium Carrot
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
Half teaspoon white Pepper Powder
1 Potato
Refined Flour
Eggs
Salt
Breadcrumbs
Steps
Take 200 ml milk in a jar, add 4 tbsp corn flour, 1 chicken cube, 1/3rd cup fresh cream mix it and keep aside.
In a pot heat 2 tbsp butter, add 250 grams boneless chicken cut in small pieces, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, half tsp salt, now sauté the chicken on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes keep stirring then add 1 medium chopped onion, 3 tbsp sweet corn fry for 2 minutes with the chicken.
Then add 2 chopped green chillies, 1 medium grated carrot, stir the milk mixture and add to the chicken and mix it on low flame by stirring it, then add 1 cup chopped red, green and yellow capsicum, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp Chilli flakes, half tsp white pepper powder then stir and cook on medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes until it turns into a thick ball.
Off the flame and add 1 boiled and mashed potato, some freshly chopped coriander leaves and then mix it once again. Take a glass or any other dish in which you can set this mixture, grease it with oil then spread this chicken mixture evenly on the dish and make it flat with the help of a spatula, then keep in the freeze to get set like a Barfi for 15 to 20 minutes.
Then remove it from the fridge and demould it on a flat wooden board, then cut it into pieces of which ever shape that do you prefer.
Take some refined flour in a dish, whisk eggs by adding salt, take some breadcrumbs.
Dust the Chicken Barfi Kabab in the refined flour, then dip in the eggs and then coat them with breadcrumbs.
At this point they are ready to store and you can freeze them for the further use.
Heat oil in a kadai then fry the Kababs on high flame till Golden and crispy.
Enjoy them with your favourite chutney, dip or ketchup.

Tips *Make sure the mashed potatoes are smooth without any lumps. *You can add finely chopped onions, green chilies, or herbs for extra flavor. *To make this kabab healthier, you can bake them instead of frying. *Adjust the chillies according to your kids taste. * You can add Veggies of your choice if you want.
