Ingredients
200 grams boiled and shredded Chicken
2 tablespoon Butter
1 medium Onion
1 green Chilli
3 tablespoon Sweet Corn
2 tablespoon Refined Flour
Half cup Milk
Half cup Chicken Stock
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
2 tablespoon Red Yellow and Green Capsicum
Half teaspoon Mixed Herbs
Half teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
Fresh Coriander

Half cup Refined Flour
1 pinch Salt
3/4th Cup Water
2 Eggs

Steps
Boil 200 grams boneless chicken by adding half tsp ginger garlic paste and half teaspoon salt. Shred the chicken and store the stock.
Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan add 1 medium chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilli, 3 tbsp sweet corn sauté for 2 minutes in low flame.
Then add 2 tbsp refined flour stir fry for 2 minutes then add half cup milk and half cup chicken stock stir it well and cook till it turns into a thick sauce then add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tbsp chopped red, yellow and green capsicum, half tsp Mixed Herbs, half tsp black pepper powder freshly chopped coriander leaves, mix it well and cook for a minute then off the flame and keep aside.
Take bread slices cut the edges of the slices then spread 2 tbsp chicken mixture on the bread slice and then cover it with another slice and press it well. Now cut this stuffed bread slice into 6 equal square shape blocks. Prepare the other slices in the same manner to make the bread blocks.
Take half cup refined flour add a pinch of salt and 3/4th Cup water and make a thick slurry. Whisk 2 eggs add a little salt and keep aside.
Take a wooden skewer and pierce 3 bread blocks into it carefully. Prepare the remaining skewers sticks of bread blocks in the same manner. From this chicken mixture you can prepare at least 12 to 15 skewer sticks. Now dip these skewer stick in the slurry and coat them with breadcrumbs. There is one other way of coating also. You can dip them in eggs and then coat them with breadcrumbs.
So if you do not like eggs you can coat them with the slurry or if you prefer eggs you can coat them with eggs and breadcrumbs. At this point you can freeze these sticks in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours, till its turns hard. Then you can store them in any ziplock bags or any container for further use.
Heat oil in a pan keep the flame on medium and fry the sticks of chicken bread blocks by turning it from all side till golden brown in crispy.
Serve it hot with garlic Chilli dip.
