CHICKEN CREAM TIKKA
Ingredients
• 750 gm boneless chicken
• coriander leaves
• 5 - 6 green chillies
• 1 lemon juice
• 2 tsp garam masala powder
• 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 tbsp chilli flakes
• salt to taste
• 1/2 cup fresh cream
• bread crumbs
• two eggs (beaten with salt)
Steps
1. For the first step, cut the boneless chicken into small cubes. Wash and dry them thoroughly.
2. Next, we will prepare a paste of the coriander leaves and green chillies in a mixer. We need to make a paste of it without adding water.
3. In a bowl, add in the chicken, prepared coriander and chilli paste, lemon juice, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes and salt. Mix and rub the spices on the chicken pieces. Cover and refrigerate them to marinate for 2 hours
4. Into the marinated chicken, add in half a cup of fresh cream to ensure that the tikka will be soft and creamy
5. Set the chicken pieces in the skewers (which have already been soaked for 10-15 mins)
6. Coat the skewered chicken in bread crumbs and shape them with the help of a knife
7. For frying, set some oil on a stove to heat. Beat two eggs with some salt in a bowl
8. Dip the chicken skewers in the beaten egg mixture, drain the extra egg and dip them in oil for frying.
9. Fry them on medium to low flame for 3-4 mins on each side to ensure the chicken is cooked through
