1. Wash and cut the boneless chicken into small pieces.
2. Into a large mixing bowl, add in the chicken, ginger garlic paste, crushed green chillies and salt. Mix until well combined.
3. Toss this chicken mixture into a pan and with the flame on high, cook the chicken for around a minute
4. Lower the flame and cover and cook for another 5 minutes until the chicken turns tender
5. When the chicken cools down, shred it with the help of a chopper or your fingers
6. In a large bowl, add in the shredded chicken, boiled and grated potato, white pepper powder, chilli flakes, garam masala powder, chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves, grated cheese, fresh cream and salt. Mix until well combined.
7. To make the cutlets, grease the palms of your hands. Make cutlets out of the mixture giving them whatever shape you wish
8. Dip these cutlets in a whisked egg and then coat them with breadcrumbs. Dip them in the whisked egg one more time.
9. Fry them until they turn golden brown on both the sides.
10. Drain them on a paper towel and serve with sauce.
