CHICKEN NOODLE CUTLETS
Ingredients
• 2 cups noodles - boiled (with salt)
• 1 cup chicken - boiled (with salt) & shredded
• ½ cup bread crumbs
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• 1 tbsp chopped ginger and garlic
• ½ cup spring onions
• some coriander leaves
• some fresh mint leaves finely chopped
• 1 tsp garam masala powder
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• 4 green chillies finely chopped
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 1 tsp soya sauce
• salt to taste
• 1 egg - whisked
• bread crumbs
• oil for frying
Steps
1. To begin, take 2 cups of boiled noodles in a large bowl. Into it , add shredded and boiled chicken, bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese, chopped ginger and garlic(you may also use ginger garlic paste if you wish), spring onions, some finely chopped fresh mint and coriander leaves, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, finely chopped green chillies, chilli flakes, soya sauce and salt. With the help of your fingertips, mix all these ingredients well
2. Now, we will make cutlets out of this mixture. To make the cutlets, grease your palms with water or oil. Make the cutlets according to the size you want
3. To fry, dip the cutlets in whisked egg. And then coat them with bread crumbs. (Tip: you can freeze and store these cutlets for 2-3 weeks for frying later)
4. Shallow fry the cutlets on medium flame until golden on both the sides
