Ingredients
200 grams boneless Chicken + Salt
1 cup Chicken Stock
1 tablespoon Corn flour
1 tablespoon Butter
1 Onion of small size
1 Green Chilli
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Soya Sauce
1 teaspoon White Pepper powder
Fresh Coriander
1 cup Milk
Half teaspoon Mixed Herbs
Chilli Flakes
1 pinch Salt
Bread Slices
Breadcrumbs
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Schezwan Sauce
Steps
Boil 200 grams boneless chicken by adding little salt, then shred it.
Preserve 3/4th cup of chicken stock after boiling the chicken pieces.
Add 1 tbsp corn flour to the chicken stock, mix it and keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan, add 1 small size chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilli fry the onions for 2 minutes till soft, then add the chicken stock mixed with corn flour, keep stirring on low flame for 1 minute till the mixture turns thick.
Then add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp white pepper powder cook for 2 minutes by stirring on high flame, so the rawness of corn flour disappears.
Then add the boiled and shredded chicken some chopped coriander leaves mix it well keep stirring, cook for 1 minute till the chicken mixture turns thick like a ball. Then off the flame.
Take 1 cup milk in a bowl 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, some Chilli flakes, a pinch of salt mix it.
Take 1 bread slice, cut the edges, dip the bread slice in this milk mixture, then put it on your palm and flattened to remove the excess milk soaked by the bread slice, then immediately put 1 tbsp chicken mixture in between the slice and then close the bread slice by making a round shape pillow type ball.
Repeat the same with all the chicken mixture, you can make 15-17 chicken pillows from this mixture.
Then coat each chicken pillow in breadcrumbs and then dip it in the milk mixture, then again coat it with breadcrumbs.
Repeat the same for rest of the chicken pillows.
To make mayo dip, take some mayonnaise in a bowl, add 1 tbsp schezwan sauce and mix it.
Your DIP is ready for chicken pillows.
Deep fry them on medium flame 4-5 minutes till golden brown in colour.
