4 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs
1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
1 teaspoon Garlic
2 teaspoon Chilli Sauce
1 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Garlic
1 big Onion
Half cup French Beans
Half cup Red and Green Capsicum
1/3rd cup Cabbage
Half cup Carrot
Half teaspoon Salt
150 grams Chicken
2 big Potatoes
200 grams Cheddar+ Mozzarella cheese
Refined Flour
Eggs
Salt
Vermicelli
Ingredients for Schezwan Anda Pakoda
3 Eggs
2 teaspoon Schezwan Sauce
1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
2 tablespoon Red and Green Capsicum
2 pinch Black Pepper Powder
Less than half 1/4th teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Corn Flour
2 medium size Potato
3 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
1/4th teaspoon Vinegar
2 tablespoons of Tamarind Pulp
Half teaspoon Garlic Paste
Half teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
1 teaspoon Chilli Sauce
Salt
3/4th Cup Gram Flour
Half teaspoon Salt
1/4th teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Half cup Water
1 pinch Baking Soda
Steps
In a bowl take 4 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp mixed herbs, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tsp chilli sauce mix it and keep aside your pizza sauce is ready.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pot, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, sauté for a minute then add 1 big chopped onion fry for a minute add half cup chopped French beans, half cup chopped Red and Green Capsicum, 1/3rd cup grated Cabbage, half cup grated carrot, cook on medium to high flame keep stirring for 2-3 minutes.
Then add half tsp salt cover and cook till the veggies are soft.
Boil 150 grams boneless chicken by adding a little salt and then shred it to fine pieces. Now add the shredded chicken to the veggies sauté it for 1 minute then add 2 big boiled and grated potatoes and the pizza sauce that you prepared first.
Mix it keep stirring till all the ingredients a well mixed and the mixture turns into a dough.
Then off the flame and let the mixture cool down, transfer it into a bowl then add 200 grams grated Cheddar+ Mozzarella cheese mix it well. Roll them into long fingers.
Dust the pizza fingers with refined flour, dip in whisked eggs and coat them with crushed vermicelli.
At this point you can store them in the freeze for further use.
Deep fry them in medium to high flame till golden brown and crispy.
Method for making Schezwan Anda Pakoda
Boil 3 eggs, cut each egg into 2 pieces. In a bowl take 2 tsp schezwan sauce, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp Red and Green Capsicum, 2 pinch black pepper powder, less than half 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp corn flour, 2 medium boiled and grated potato, 3 tbsp breadcrumbs, 1/4th tsp vinegar now mix all of them together.
Your Potato mixture is ready.
If you feel the mixture is sticky, so you can add a little more corn flour or breadcrumbs, keep it in the freeze for some time so it will be easy to handle them.
To prepare the special chutney for this pakoda, take 2 tbsp tamarind pulp, half tsp garlic paste, half tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp chilli sauce, salt mix it well.
Now to prepare the Coating of the Pakoda take 3/4th Cup gram flour, half tsp salt, 1/4th tsp turmeric powder, add half cup water gradually to make a semi thick paste cover it and keep aside to rest.
Take the half cutted boiled egg then spread the potato mixture on the yellow part of the egg, so that the half egg is covered with potato coating.
Prepare the remaining boiled eggs in the same manner with the potato mixture.
Now check the gram flour mixture whisk with a fork to make it fluffy, then add 1 pinch baking soda and mix it.
Heat oil in a kadai for the frying this pakodas dip the potato egg ball in the gram flour mixture and coat them properly and deep fry them till little Golden in colour.
Serve them hot with the red chutney.
