DELHI DARBAR STYLE CHICKEN TANGDI KABAB

Ingredients for DELHI DARBAR STYLE CHICKEN TANGDI KABAB

1 Tsp Coriander Seeds

2 Green Cardamom

1 Tsp Cumin Seeds

10-15 Black pepper corn

2 Dried Red Chillies

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Tsp Roasted Gram Flour

1 Tsp Salt

1/4th Tsp Turmeric Powder

2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

2 Tbsp Hung Curd

3-4 Crushed Green Chillies

1 Tbsp Butter

500gms Chicken Drumsticks

1 Tbsp Oil

Steps for DELHI DARBAR STYLE CHICKEN TANGDI KABAB

1. For Marinating- In a large bowl put Coriander Seeds, Green Cardamom, Cumin Seeds, 10-15 Black pepper corn and 2 Dried Red Chillies. Dry roast all the above spices for a minute and grind it into a powder.

2. Add Lemon Juice, Roasted Gram Flour, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Hung Curd, 3-4 Crushed Green Chillies and Butter. Mix all the spices well.

3. Now coat 500 gms Chicken Drum stick with the mixture properly (Do not forget to put gashes with a knife on the Chicken Drumstick).

4. Cover it with the lid and keep it in the fridge for 3 hours.

5. Meanwhile we have heated oil for frying.

6. Put the Chicken Drumstick for grill on high flame for 1 minute on both the side.

7. Cover with the lid and let it cook for 15 minutes on low flame.

8. Keep checking the chicken occasionally until it is cook from inside and roast properly.

9. Serve Hot and Juicy Chicken Tangdy Kebab with Green chutney and sliced Onion.
