Ingredients
3 boiled eggs grated
1 big Carrot
1 big size Onion chopped
5 slices Bread
1/4th Cup milk/4 tablespoon Milk
Green Coriander and mint leaves
3 Green Chillies chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic chopped
Fine Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Sauce
3 tablespoon Corn Flour
Bread Crumbs
Steps
In a big bowl take 1 big size grated carrot, 1 big size sliced onions, 3 grated boiled eggs.
Take 5 slices of bread and soak them in 1/4 th cup of milk till soft.
Mash the bread slices and add them to the bowl, add chopped coriander and mint leaves , 3 chopped green chillies, 1 tsp chopped garlic, Crush black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 teaspoon red chilli sauce and mix all of them thoroughly.
After this add 3 tablespoon of corn flour for binding the mixture and mix it well.
Let us move want to the next step to make the cutlet.
Apply some water on your palm and then take a small ball of mixture and make cutlets of whatever shape you like and place them in a dish.
Then coat them with bread crumbs egg cutlets are ready to store and freeze.
Heat oil in a kadai deep fry them on medium to high flame till golden brown.
Do not overcrowd the kadai fry in batches.
Serve hot with your favourite dip, chutney, ketchup or mayonnaise.
