Ingredients
1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt
2-3 Green Chillies
1/4th Tsp Chaat Masala
1/4th Tsp Green Cardamom Powder
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
200 gms Boneless Chicken
1 Tsp Butter
2 Tsp Garlic Chopped
2-3 Tbsp Fresh Cream
Paste of 4-5 Cashew Nuts
1 Cube Cheese
1/4th Tsp Black Pepper Powder
Oil For Greasing
Steps
1. For Marinating- In a bowl, take Ginger Garlic paste, Salt, crushed Green Chillies, Chaat Masala, Green Cardamom Powder, Lemon Juice and mix everything well.
2. Take 200gms Boneless Chicken and coat the mixture on the Chicken. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
3. In a pan, heat 1 Tsp Butter and add chopped Garlic. Saute the garlic until turns golden in color. Pour it on the marinated Chicken.
4. In a bowl take 2-3 Tbsp Fresh Cream, add Paste of 4-5 Cashew Nuts, grated Cheese cube, Black Pepper powder and mix everything well.
5. Cut the Silver foil in a square shape and place the marinated Chicken in the centre.
6. Pour the cream mixture on the marinated Chicken and wrap the silver foil in square pockets shape. Follow the same procedure for the remaining.
7. Heat the pan and grease with the Oil. Place the square pockets on the pan and keep the pan on high flame for 2 minutes.
8. Later cover the pan with the lid and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
9. Hot and Cheesy Garlic Malai Kebab is ready to serve.
