2 Cups All Purpose Flour (250gms)
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Cup Curd
1/2 Cup Water
500 gms Minced Chicken
Pinch Of Turmeric Powder
2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Crushed Coriander Seeds
4-5 Tbsp Crushed Green Chilli
1 Chopped Onion
1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
Salt To Taste
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Garam Masala powder

Steps
1. For Dough- In a large bowl, take All Purpose Flour, Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Oil, Curd and Lukewarm Water. After kneading, grease the dough with oil and cover it with moist cloth for 2 hours.
2. In a pan 500 gms Minced Chicken, Pinch Of Turmeric Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Crushed Coriander Seeds, Crushed Green Chilli, Chopped Onion, Cumin Powder and Salt. Roast everything on high flame. Cover the pan with lid and let it cook for 8-10 minutes.
3. After 10 minutes dry all the moisture from the Kheema because the Naan will break if the mixture is wet.
15. Add Lemon Juice, Garam Masala Powder and mix everything well on high flame for 5 minutes.
16. Off the flame and Garnish with Coriander and Mint leaves.
17. To Assemble: Remove the dough and knead again for a minute. Evenly divide the dough into 4 portions. Now, using a rolling pin, roll out these portions thickly in round shape.
18. Using a spoon, load the Kheema filling (around 4 spoons) in the dough and make a stuffed ball. Now, again roll the stuffed balls with rolling pin. Press with the finger at all the corner of the Naan.
19. Place a non-stick pan over low flame. Once hot, transfer the rolled out Naan cover with lid and let it cook. Cook one side until it turns golden brown in color and brush it with butter. Flip to the other side and let it cook.
20. Once cooked, transfer the Naan on a plate. Repeat the same step for all the stuffed Kheema Naan. Serve these hot and delicious Naan to enjoy!
