You don’t need very many ingredients to make this Nashville hot chicken recipe! It really will become one of your favorite recipes because it is just too good. Hot, crisp, and super delicious, Nashville hot chicken is the king of fried chicken.

Ingredients
2 cups Buttermilk
1/2 tsp White Pepper powder
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Hot Sauce
1 tsp Soya Sauce
6 pieces Boneless Chicken thigh pieces
2 Eggs
3 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper crushed or powdered
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder
3/4 cup Hot Oil
Steps
Wash and pat dry the chicken thigh pieces, take big pieces of leg thigh.
In a big deep vessel take 2 cups of buttermilk, add white pepper powder, 1 tsp salt, hot chilli sauce, soya sauce,2 eggs mix it and marinate the chicken pieces in the buttermilk for 5 to 6 hours. If you have time marinate overnight or for 24 hours for good results. It can be kept for more time, as the longer you keep the flavor infuse in the chicken and gives better taste.

Cover this marination vessel with plastic wrap air tight and keep it in the fridge.
Take all purpose flour in a deep bowl add 1 tsp salt ,garlic powder, white or black pepper powder, mix it and keep aside.
Lets start coating the chicken pieces. Remove the chicken piece from the marination vessel , do not throw away the marination liquid of buttermilk, it will be use later, drain the liquid from the chicken piece, then dust it in maida thoroughly on both sides of it with the help of a tong or with your hands.
Repeat this step again, flip the chicken thigh in the marination liquid and then dust it with the flour thoroughly by turning sides.
Heat oil in a kadai for frying the chicken ,the oil should be properly hot ,then fry the chicken pieces one by one till golden brown, keep changing sides of chicken on low to medium flame.
Do not over crowd the kadai with chicken ,fry in enough space or else chicken will not fry from inside .Fry patiently and carefully as we want the chicken to be crispy and crunchy.
Now coating of fried chicken is the next step, lets make the nashville sauce.
In a bowl add paprika powder if its not available use degi mirch chilli powder ,brown sugar ,1/2 tsp salt ,garlic powder, white or black pepper powder mix it .
Take 3/4 cup of hot oil from the fried oil and pour in this spices, mix it well ,now pour this spicy oil on the fried chicken gradually ,brush it with this spicy oil to all sides of fried chicken .
Your Nashville Fried Chicken is ready.
Serve it with potato fries and salad.
