Oreo Biscuit Cake Eggless without Oven

Oreo Biscuit Cake is a simple and easy recipe prepared without oven or eggs. We all definitely love Oreo biscuits and this just work wonders when your kids throw sudden tantrums for cake.

Ingredients for Oreo Biscuit Cake Eggless without Oven

• 1 cup salt

• 2 Packets Oreo Biscuit

• 2 Tbsp Sugar

• Oil or Butter

• Butter paper

• 1 Cup Milk

• 1 Tsp Baking Powder

Steps for Oreo Biscuit Cake Eggless without Oven

• Today we’re making our Oreo biscuit cake in a pan. You can also use pressure cooker to make the cake. • Note – Make sure the vessel you take has a thick base. • In a pan, add 1 cup salt, cover with lid and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. This method is same like preheating oven. • Take 2 packet Oreo biscuits (about 120 gms each). • Remove the biscuits in a bowl. You’ll get about 24 pieces of biscuits in total from both the packets. • Break biscuits into two pieces. Do not scoop out cream. • Add all the biscuit pieces in a mixer grinder jar. Add 2 tbsp sugar and grind into fine powder. • Grease a cake mould or tin using oil or butter. Cover the inside of tin with butter paper. • Tip – If you do not have butter paper, dust the tin with all purpose flour (maida). Coat all sides of flour with maida. • Remove the biscuit powder in a bowl, add in some milk little by little. • Note – Milk should be at room temperature. Neither cold nor hot. • Mix well and form a thick consistency. Add 1 tsp baking powder and mix well. • Tip – If you do not have baking powder, you can use ENO sachet. • Transfer the cake batter into the mould. Tap the mould on the kitchen table 2 to 3 times to make sure there are no air bubbles in the batter. • Place a stand in the pan for support and place the cake mould on top of it. • Cover with lid on high flame for 5 to 6 minutes. • Adjust to medium flame and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes. • Insert a skewer and check if the cake is baked well. The skewer should come out un sticky. • Let the cake to cool down. Demould with the help of a plate by turning upside down. • Cut in desired pieces and serve warm.
