Two Layer Chocolate Burfi Recipe

Two Layer Chocolate Burfi is prepared on festivals like Diwali Eid, Holi. Its all time favorite sweet and easy to make which will love by everyone.

Ingredients for Two Layer Chocolate Burfi Recipe

1 Cup Milk (250ml)

2 Cup Milk Powder

1 Tbsp Ghee

4 Tbsp Sugar

1 Tsp Green Cardamom Powder

1/2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

1 Tbsp Milk

Steps for Two Layer Chocolate Burfi Recipe

1 In a wok, heat 1 cup milk and let it boil. Put Milk powder and whisk well to avoid lumps.

2 Once the mixture is thick, add Ghee, Sugar and Green Cardamom powder. Mix everything well on low flame.

3 After sometime, the mixture will become smooth and leaves the sides of the wok. Switch off the flame.

4 Divide the mixture into two portions. Grease the glass pan with ghee and transfer the hot mixture in the pan. Put the pan in the fridge to set.

5 Now in the remaining portion, add Coco powder and Milk in it. Mix it well on low flame until all the ingredients are combine properly.

6 Switch off the flame when it leaves the sides of the wok.

7 Place the chocolate mixture on the top of milk layer evenly and keep it in the fridge to set for 1 hour.

8 After 1 hour, cut the burfi into small squares and coat with edible silver foil.
